Main restaurant accommodates 80 guests with a further 32 seated in our private dining room, ‘The Hideout’.

Mharsanta is centrally located in Glasgow’s Merchant City with excellent transport links. We are easily accessible via regular bus routes, taxi services, street parking and coach drop-off points, and just a 10-minute walk from Glasgow’s main train stations.

Unforgettable Bookable Experiences
Mharsanta is open year-round and offers competitive trade rates with packages to suit all budgets. We cater for FITs, small groups, MICE groups and larger tour operators.
As a small independent business, we are very agile and can create bespoke menus to suit each client. Examples include 2 or 3 course dining packages, multi-course tasting menus paired with whisky, welcome and farewell dinners as well as gin and whisky experiences.
We have worked hard to create several unique experiential dining experiences, working with local visitor attractions to enhance the guest experience. These include the Trad Trail Experience, Beer Pairing Experience, Walking Whisky Tour with dinner and City Sightseeing Glasgow Bus Tour including lunch or dinner.
We can translate our menu into French, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese upon request and can accept international payments via our card terminals.
Mharsanta’s owner Derek Mallon is an ambitious, innovative director with over 30 years’ experience of the restaurant and leisure industry.
