Featured in Glasgow Times: A Stop on the Merchant City Stroll

We were delighted to be featured in a recent article in the Glasgow Times highlighting the new Merchant City Stroll by Glasgow Food and Drink Tour – part of the city's 850th anniversary celebrations.

The walking tour offers locals and visitors a delicious way to explore Glasgow’s oldest neighbourhoods, with tastings from some of the city’s most exciting independent food and drink spots.

  • A dram of Stobcross Lowland Single Malt

  • A flavour-packed bowl of our signature Cullen Skink

  • Shared plates of haggis, neeps and tatties with whisky cream sauce

The reviewer praised the Cullen Skink as "creamy and full of flavour with a lot of smoked haddock flakes", and noted the warm welcome and quality food made Mharsanta a memorable highlight of the day.

We’re thrilled to support this initiative and showcase the best of Scottish produce, history and hospitality right here in the heart of Merchant City.
